👉 What is your refund policy?

You can receive a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Just send us an email during this period and we'll refund your money as soon as possible. Be assured that the pre-launch period isn't counted. A refund is available for our courses, not individual products like audio files. 

👉 Can I pay without a PayPal account?

Yes, you can! If you don't have a PayPal account just enter your normal email address and click the PayPal Checkout button. On the next page, instead of Logging In, you have the option to press the Pay with Debit or Credit Card button option (just below the Login button). Check the screenshots we've prepared for you.

 👉 How do I access my online course or products? 

Once you purchased a product or created an account you can access it from the menu (top bar). You can also personalize your user data with your picture and bio. You'll receive a confirmation email too. Once you're logged in with your credentials a library will get visible to you and there you'll find all your purchases. 

👉 How long can I keep accessing my account and Facebook Group?

As long as you wish. If you purchased one of our products, and you didn't request any refund, you're in. 

👉 I bought the Coaching Package. How does this work?

In the second half of your Masterclass, you'll align your agenda with Cristina's and choose the preferred channel to schedule your session. You'll also receive an initial questionnaire for a more effective start. You can skip it, but it's in your best interest to have the answers ready. 

👉 What if I need further help? 

Don't worry! You'll get any help you need through email, contact form, or inside the Facebook support group; once you're in one of our programs. There is no one left behind. Your success is our top priority.
